In case you don’t get to see a copy, here are the ingredients for one of our favourite pink gin cocktails. Perfect for Spring, the bank holiday and Easter weekend -in fact, pretty perfect at all times!
820 Spirit’s Lymington Lady cocktail
Ingredients
- 50ml Miss Hanne’s Lymington pink gin
- 25ml lemon juice
- 10ml sugar syrup
- Egg white or vegan alternative
- Ice
How to make
- Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well.
- Using a strainer, pour into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a strawberry.
- To make it look extra special, add the strawberry gin directly into the glass before pouring the mix to achieve the colour change in the glass.
- Enjoy!
