50 ml London dry gin
Indian tonic

Garnish with a twist of lemon peel
Martini
15 ml Dry vermouth
Chill the martini glass with ice while making the drink.
Stir the gin and vermouth together over ice, don’t shake, strain into martini glass and garnish with a twist of lemon peel
Tom Collins
25ml lemon juice
25ml sugar syrup
125ml soda water
add gin lemon juice and sugar syrup to a collins glass with plenty of ice. Pour the soda water in and stir. Garnish with a lemon wheel
Blackberry gin
Gin and tonic
50ml Blackberry gin,
150ml Indian tonic (or your favourite tonic),
Ice
Garnish with a few blackberries or a twirl of lemon peel
Blackberry bramble
50ml blackberry gin
30ml lemon juice
15ml sugar syrup
5 blackberries
Ice
Pour into cocktail shaker with ice and shake well. Muddle 5 blackberries in a glass add lots of ice then strain the cocktail into the glass, stir and enjoy
Hot crumble
50ml blackberry gin
150ml apple juice
10ml sugar syrup
1 cinnamon stick (optional)
Heat the apple juice and sugar syrup in a pan. take off heat and add blackberry gin before pouring into a glass and stirring with cinnamon stick. Leave cinnamon stick in glass to taste
Alternatively have it cold and use either apple juice or appletiser!
Hanne's lymington pink gin
GIN AND TONIC
50ml Pink gin,
150ml Indian tonic (or your favourite tonic),
Ice
Garnish with a strawberry or a twirl of lemon peel (it’ll turn pink if you use full fat tonics!)
GIN Fizz
50ml Pink gin,
25 ml lemon juice
10ml sugar syrup
Ice
Pour into cocktail shaker with ice and shake well then pour over ice into a long glass
top with sparkling water/ soda water
Garnish with a strawberry or a twirl of lemon peel
to add to the magic, mix the lemon juice and sugar syrup in the cocktail shaker, pour into the glass over ice then add the pink gin over a spoon to leave it as a separate layer, add the sparkling water last infant of your guest and stir with straw

75ml Pink gin,
75ml peach juice
25ml aperol
Ice
Garnish with a strawberry or a twirl of lemon peel
White lady
50ml Pink gin,
25ml triple sec,
25ml lemon juice
10ml sugar syrup
egg white (if wanted)

Pour into cocktail shaker with ice and shake well. pour into iced martini glass and garnish with a strawberry.
If you want to make it look really special add the strawberry gin straight to the glass and pour the mix on top to gain the colour change in the glass
Sloe Gin
Sloe Royale
25ml sloe gin
100ml prosecco or champagne
Pour the 25 ml of sloe gin into a champagne flute, top up with your choice of prosecco or champagne. Perfect for celebrations
Mulled Sloe Gin
50ml sloe gin
150ml apple juice
50ml fresh squeezed orange juice
1 cinnamon stick
orange slice
Heat the juices and cinnamon stick in a pan, once hot remove and strain into a glass. Top up with the sloe gin. Garnish with orange slice
Sloejito (think mojito with sloe gin)
50ml sloe gin
30ml lime juice
10ml sugar syrup
Soda water

add the lime juice, sugar syrup, sloe gin, and 4 mint leaves (slap and crush them when adding) and some ice to a cocktail shaker, shake well. Strain into a glass full of crushed ice, add a slice of lime and more mint leaves and top up with soda water then stir. (so refreshing you won’t believe it)
Chocolate Orange Gin
Gin & Tonic
50ml chocolate orange gin
150ml indian tonic (or tonic of your choice)
Ice
Garnish with an orange slice
Old fashioned
25ml chocolate orange gin
25ml burbon
2 dashes angostura bitters
10ml sugar syrup
twist of orange peel
add over ice to a mixing glass then strain into a tumbler over ice. Garnish with the twist of orange peel

mix the lime juice and rum together, strain into a highball glass with plenty of ice, top up with ginger beer and add a slice of lime
Hot Chocolate
50ml rum
150ml hot chocolate
15ml sugar syrup
mix together and enjoy a winter warmer!
espresso martini
50ml rum
25ml fresh brewed coffee
15ml sugar syrup
teaspoon cocoa
coffee bean (chocolate coated preferable)
Mix the cocoa with the fresh coffee while it is still hot, and add the sugar syrup in too. Add to cocktail shaker with plenty of ice then add the rum. Shake well, then strain into a cold martini glass. garnish with coffee been
