Suggested cocktails
Sloe royale: 30ml sloe gin, top up with prosecco or champagne (perfect for celebrating or morning brunch)
Sloejito: add 30ml lime juice, 10ml sugar syrup, 60ml sloe gin, 4 mint leaves (slap and crush them when adding) and some ice to a cocktail shaker, shake well. Strain into a glass full of crushed ice, add a slice of lime and more mint leaves and stir. (so refreshing you won’t believe it)
