In our 2-hour session, we’ll guide you through the history of your spirit, lead you on a tour of our distillery, and showcase the botanicals we grow on-site. Next, we’ll walk you through the spirit-making process, assist you in selecting your preferred botanicals, and help you balance the recipe to produce your personalised spirit. Throughout the session, you’ll have the opportunity to sample some of our on-site gin and rum, in gin & tonics, rum & mixers or cocktails. You can either have a still to yourself or share it with your loved ones or a friend. We’ll be making a multi-shot recipe, which we’ll explain during the session. As a result of the session, you’ll receive your own 700ml bottle of spirit to take home (with a personalised label), with the option to purchase an additional bottle if you would like to!
